Frequently asked questions
The awkward questions — answered before you have to ask.
No. We operate as a merchant exporter and quality-control partner. We source from qualified processors, independently test the selected lot, verify documentation, and dispatch only after buyer approval.
- We source from BRC-certified facilities in Mahuva and Unjha with written supplier permission.
- We maintain sample rooms and inspection capability within 90 minutes of these hubs.
- Facility-agnostic sourcing means we pick the best current lot, not forced inventory.
Our newness is your leverage. Established exporters ignore small buyers; we cannot afford to.
- Founders personally inspect every lot before container loading.
- Trial MOQs from 500 kg; LCL consolidation welcome.
- Double testing: pre-purchase screen + NABL lab COA on every batch.
- Quality & weight final at port of loading per agreed COA — stated in contract.
500 kg for trial orders, 2 MT for repeat orders. LCL (less than container load) available when consolidating multiple products.
- Samples free up to 500 g.
- Courier at buyer's account (DHL / FedEx). Tracking within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Current-batch COA included with every sample.
Standard international terms for new relationships:
- 30% advance, 70% against scanned copy of Bill of Lading.
- 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight from a prime bank.
Loading from Mundra (INMUN) or Ahmedabad ICD. Lead time 15–25 days from sample approval, depending on product and lab queue.
- FOB Mundra, CIF, and CFR available — quoted per destination.
- Direct India–Mombasa routing for East Africa; no Dubai transshipment.
- EU-bound cargo: MRL panel completed before dispatch, not after.
Every shipment includes:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Analysis (NABL-accredited lab)
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Certificate of Origin

- Pre-purchase screen: moisture, aflatoxin, and microbiology before we buy the lot.
- Full-parameter COA: pesticide multi-residue panel, aflatoxin, ochratoxin, heavy metals, and microbiology.
- EU-bound cargo: MRL panel against Regulation 396/2005 completed before dispatch.

- Quantity (trial vs repeat), packing preference, and Incoterm
- Destination port and market (EU MRL panel vs standard COA)
