Enquiry & Specs
Submit product, grade, quantity, and destination port. We return technical data sheets and an indicative quote within 12 working hours. Quotes valid 7 days.
Sample + COA Approval
Physical sample (free up to 500g, courier at buyer's account) with current-batch COA. Production starts only after your written approval.
Proforma Invoice & Advance
Proforma invoice issued on approved specs. New relationships: 30% advance, 70% against scanned BL copy — or 100% irrevocable LC at sight from a prime bank.
Production & NABL Testing
Processing at BRC-certified facilities. Full-parameter COA at NABL-accredited lab (Eurofins / SGS / Vimta): pesticide MRL vs EU limits, aflatoxin, ochratoxin, heavy metals, microbiology.
Pre-shipment Approval
High-resolution photos of packed lot + final COA sent to buyer. Dispatch only after written pre-shipment approval.
Dispatch & Full Document Set
Commercial invoice, packing list, COA, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, and BL/AWB. 5-field check before documents leave our office.
Tracking
Container / vessel tracking shared from port of loading. Updates at each milestone until arrival.
Balance & Retention Sample
Balance due per agreed terms. Retention sample held 6 months at origin for counter-testing if required.
